Adam Sandler and Kevin James take the title roles in Universal Pictures’ long-developed gay marriage comedy I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry, reports Variety.

David Dobkin, who directed Wedding Crashers, is aboard to helm from a script penned by Alexander Payne and James Taylor. In the film, two straight firefighters pose as a gay married couple in order to qualify for their department’s domestic partner benefits.
