I just got this email from Vanity Fair. 

We publish Vanity Fair magazine, among others.  I am writing this letter to you in the hopes of avoiding the involvement of our lawyers.

It has recently come to our attention that you have posted on your website without permission photographs from the October 2006 issue of our magazine (http://icydk.com/2006/09/06/update-all-the-suri-pictures/). As you may or may not know, Vanity Fair has the exclusive right to publish such material. 

Your unauthorized use of our material is copyright infringement and is unacceptable to us and we must demand that you immediately cease all use of our copyrighted materials in any manner.

Please respond to me within 24 hours with assurance that you have removed our article from your website and destroyed all printed promotional material containing the same, or I will have to ask our attorneys to handle this.

So as you probably can see, I had to take the pictures down.

But the pictures are EVERYWHERE.  If you do your homework, you can find them…
