The Oscar winner will lend her voice to the DreamWorks animated feature Kung Fu Panda, in which her character, Tigress, will teach martial arts to Po the Panda, who will sound remarkably like Jack Black (because that’s who’s supplying Po’s voice).

The movie is due for release next May. According to Variety, Po works as a waiter in a noodle shop but needs to build up his strength. Enter Tigress.

Dustin Hoffman, Jackie Chan, Ian McShane and Lucy Liu are also in the cast.

This marks a reunion of sorts for Jolie and Black. Two years ago they could be heard in Shark Tale.

In December, Jolie will be both seen and heard in The Good Shepherd, a CIA drama directed by Robert De Niro and costarring De Niro and Matt Damon. It will be Jolie’s first movie since Mr. & Mrs. Smith, on which she met Pitt.
