Actor Jake Gyllenhaal goes through a rigorous workout with pal actor Austin Nichols, his co-star in ‘Day After Tomorrow’.

Jake did some wind sprints, jogging, push-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups. And we thought acting was easy!
