Actress Neve Campbell is engaged to British actor John Light, PEOPLE reports in its latest issue. To propose, Light, 31, got down on his knee and recited Shakespeare to Campbell, 32. The pair have not yet set a date for their nuptials. This will be the second marriage for Campbell, who split from Canadian actor Jeff Colt in 1997 after 2 1/2 years of marriage.
