Rachel McAdams was supposed to be in this picture on the cover of Vanity Fair. When she walked into the studio, she realized the shoot required her to get naked. She freaked out - wouldn’t get naked, and left the set. So instead - there is Keira Knightly, Scarlett Johannson and Tom Ford.

It kinda looks creepy to me - maybe RM was smart!
